This workshop is structured to deliver personal trainers with two essential skills in weight management. Firstly you will understand the science behind how both nutrition and exercise function together in weight loss, muscle gain and weight maintenance. Secondly you will learn how to design a weight management program for the hottest client demands today – how to reduce body fat while building long, lean muscles, how to cater for those clients who wish to “bulk up” and also for those who wish to lose weight without gaining bulky muscles.
