KPopX Fitness cleverly combines simplified Kpop dance moves with cardio and body toning exercises. Unknown to many, it also incorporates a form of interval training that challenges and allows participants to improve their stamina and endurance within a short period of time. Interval training is a combination of both fast pace moves followed by slower pace moves (the recovery phase). It’s a very effective form of training that can yield great results within a short period of time. That’s why our students often see significant results in their stamina and endurance by just the 4th to 6th lesson.

KPopX Fitness is a dance fitness class that allows one to dance exercise up to 14 K-Pop songs within an hour. Each song’s choreography is inspired by the catchy Korean Music Videos and has its own signature moves, making it creative and interesting. KPopX Fitness also cleverly simplifies Kpop dance moves and combine it with aerobic & body toning exercises, making it easy for anyone without a dance background to keep up. Variety is the spice of this class, so get ready to have a lot of fun!

Maddy Lim – Founder of KPopX Fitness

Maddy is a veteran curriculum developer of over 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree (distinction) in Psychology. As well as being an aerobics & group exercise + personal trainer and a Zumba instructor, Maddy has won a number of sportswoman awards. In the creation of KpopX fitness, she has collected a huge amount of feedback forms from participants. Maddy combined all her skills & experience in marketing & business management to make KpopX Fitness a success.
