Fitness Innovations (M) Sdn Bhd (FIT) – a member of Fitness Innovations (Thailand, India, Indonesia & Singapore) Ltd – Malaysia’s first global standard education, training and certification centre for aspiring fitness professionals and general public.

Education

Training World-Class Professionals Using a highly skilled and experienced team FIT employs an effective blend of practical hands-on training and classroom-based theory to empower our students to become the best in their field, from both a knowledge-based perspective and in practice. We accomplish our first objective by offering preparation courses for internationally recognized professional fitness certification courses (American Council on Exercise –ACE and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist – CSCS). FIT is also the administration centre for these certification examinations.

We ensure that our former students can maintain their standard of excellence within the international fitness industry by offering short continuing education courses. This allows our students to remain up to date with the latest research, equipment and trends in the industry. Vocational Training Our interest expands further than ensuring our graduates are certified to an international standard. We also wish to boost the standard of the fitness services being offered to Malaysian people by helping to kick start the successful career of our graduates. This sparked the birth of our internship program to those graduates who are passionate and motivated by the prospect of a successful career in the fitness industry. For the duration of this program our interns are given the opportunity to train real life clients over a period of time, with the added benefit of the experienced supervision and guidance of a mentor.

At FIT, health and fitness is much more to us than a career – it is a vocation. We are passionate in promoting the health and fitness of Malaysians nationwide – and feel that cost should never be a barrier to good health. For this reason we have launched the latest branch of FIT – CergasFiT

CergasFiT CergasFit is Malaysia’s largest group of internationally certified mobile Personal Trainers. We aim to enrich the quality of life and ensure the wellness of society through safe and effective physical exercise. We do so by offering world-class & cutting-edge fitness services of fitness professionals whom have graduated from our Personal Trainer course. We are proud to have fitness professionals from various background and specialize in sports conditioning, weight management, health conditioning and general conditioning. FIT also employs its resources in knowledge, skill and professional experience to design customized corporate wellness programs and fitness and wellness industry management programs.
