Jerrican Tan – Managing Director/Fitness Educator (FIT), Men’s Health Malaysia Fitness Advisor

Jerrican Tan (Co-Founder of FiT Malaysia) comes with solid years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, fitness manager, fitness speaker and fitness educator. Jerrican’s fitness journey began when he was 16. Like any other boys, Jerrican was inspired by the physique of a bodybuilder. Since then, he was actively involved in bodybuilding training and competitions while trying to help others through his experience. He won both the state and national junior bodybuilding championship and was also placed 6th in the Asian Level Junior Bodybuilding Championship. Jerrican led the in-campus fitness club for 4 years during his university days where he ran numerous fitness workshops on exercise techniques and weight management for the students. He also led the fitness team of a fitness club belonged to an international fitness chain towards top personal training team on many occasions across 3 years.
Currently, he manages FiT Malaysia and serves as a fitness educator for FiT Malaysia Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and Shanghai. He runs preparation and continuing education courses for internationally recognised certification like ACE, NASM, ISSN, FIT and NSCA-CSCS. Apart from this, Jerrican is also a career advisor for many personal trainers, a Fitness Advisor for Men’s Health Malaysia and a state bodybuilding judge. Jerrican strongly believes no one best exercise for everyone and advocates strong rapport, knowledge and experience to become a good personal trainer.
Amie Kwa – Master Fitness Educator of FiT Malaysia

Amie is a graduate from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor Degree in Management (Accounting); in which however, she finds her passion in fitness after her graduation, and started working as a fitness instructor in a local fitness center. Being an ACE Personal Trainer and FISAF Certified Fitness Instructor, she paved her way from working as a fitness instructor to personal trainer and Fitness Manager.
Amie is a former Miss Malaysia Fitness 2004 (1st Runner up) and IFF Asia Pacific Fitness Women Championship 2004 (4th runner up). After experiencing being a contestant, she became the event coordinator cum choreographer for IFF Malaysia Fitness Men Championship 2005 as well as being a dance choreographer for other events.
After 10 years working in commercial gyms, she is now serving in FIT Malaysia as Training Manager/course facilitator. She is also the first Certified FitnessFX Programme Leader in Malaysia.
Kim Boey – Senior Fitness Educator (FIT Malaysia) & Fit for 2 Coordinator

Kim has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1997. Her focus has been teaching group fitness, choreographing fitness shows, being the in-house trainer for corporate clients, and also managing the Group Exercise department for Fitness First in Penang from 2004 to 2007. Kim has numerous certications in exercise instruction include being a FitnessFX Programme leader. Kim specializes in group fitness instructing, health psychology, client communication and training pregnant and post-partum clients.
Yeoh Ee Ling – Residential Dietitian & Fitness Educator (FIT Malaysia)
ACE PT-HC, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics
Ee Ling is a graduate from International Medical University in Bsc. (Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics. Having completed her clinical placement in Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban, she has vast experience in the field of health science, handling patients with various health conditions including obesity, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension and Metabollic Syndrome which is a common issue faced by the Malaysian population. In addition, she has conducted various health educational talks to groups of people though her Community and Food-Service placement. Being an outdoor activities and sports enthusiast, she did her final year research on nutrition status of national weight lifters in the country and was astonished by how a Dietetic major could be affiliated with the sporting world. Personally, Ee Ling is an outgoing and fun person. Also, being a Student Ambassador of her university, she was exposed to numerous people in the society and as a result being to provide individualized nutrition and dietary counseling, hence helping people make long-term behavior change and improve health.
Kong Sei Key- FiT Educator (FIT Malaysia)

Key is a sport science degree graduate from University Malaya, majoring in Exercise Physiology and was former state badminton player and has represented in numerous badminton tournaments including Asean Varsity Games in Vietnam.Key have a well rounded experience in the health and fitness industry. After her graduation, she worked with KL Sports Medical Center as a rehab assistant. There, she acquired the skills to train people with muscle and joint injuries. She then decided, due to her passion in training people, to be a personal trainer and started to work with Fitness First. To further improve her repertoire, she then took the ACE Personal Trainer and Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist certification. She was then offered to work as a sport conditioning specialist for the National Sports Institute where she worked for a few months. She then decided to further increase her knowledge on the subject by taking NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Now she serves as a fitness educator at FIT Malaysia and has trained many fitness professionals. Key facilitates the Personal Trainer Course, Strength & Conditioning Course, continuing education courses and is a Master Trainer for TWIST CONDITIONING and RIP:60.
Simran Latif – Fitness Educator FIT Malaysia, International Programme Director for Original Bootcamp Malaysia

After spending 6 years in South Australia, earning his Bachelor’s and travelingacross South Australia as an on-site Health Consultant/Exercise Physiologist, it was time to pack the bags and head back home. Since being back in Malaysia, Simran has worked as a Fitness Manager and Fitness Training Coordinator for Fitness First Malaysia. Currently, he is the lead trainer and coordinator for one of the !rst outdoor bootcamp programs in the country. In his spare time, Simran likes to read fitness blogs, do the occasional CrossFit and spend time with his daughter Mia.
Wenisa Ng – Fitness Educator FIT Malaysia, Founder Activ Lifestyle Personal Training Studio
Wenisa is a former fitness manager/personal trainer and fitness training manager of Fitness First. She has vast experience in the fitness industry both in personal training as well as group fitness instructing. Wenisa is also an avid runner and a Les Mills Internationally certified BODYPUMP TM and BODYSTEP TM instructor. Wenisa is currently doing freelance personal training specializing in postural assessment and correctional exercises, functional training, group fitness instructing and training client with special needs.
Suzanne Hosley – Managing Director Fitness Innovations Thailand
Suzanne has over 20 years experience in education and training in Asia, with a Doctorate in Learning from Macquarie University, a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and
a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from McGill University. She managed a project to set up the first business school in Vietnam, the graduate management programme at Shinawatra University in Thailand and
has been an avid !tness enthusiast all her life. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer & NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She specializes in management, psychology, leadership, motivation and communication skills.
Jonathan Wong – Founder of PushMore Fitness Centre

Jonathan is the founder and co-owner of Crossfit Malaysia, the pioneer Crossfit affiliate in Malaysia and South East Asia. Currently, he oversees the implementation and design of training programmes for PushMore Fitness Centre and Rev Fitness. In addition he is actively coaching athletes and educating fitness professionals. Jonathan has been involved in the local fitness industry for many years with experience in personal training, group fitness and functional, athletic training.
Jason Moriarty – Founder of REBEL Bootcamp and Fitness Coach for The Biggest Loser Asia
With over 17 years of experience in the fitness business Jason Moriarty founded Tropics Fitness in Malaysia. Tropics Fitness develops business concepts for the fitness industry targeting untapped markets and inspiring people to start working out and change their lives. Jason from Ireland is a British Graduate in Business & Finance, and went on to study gymnasium management; he is also a graduate of the American Council of Exercise and a Nautilus Master Trainer. Jason is also the founder and Senior Sarge of the intense, challenging and wildly successful REBEL Boot Camp.
Chan Siew Kheong - Director of Fitness Platform Sdn. Bhd
Chan Siew Kheong has been in the fitness industry for 13 years managing clubs, sales and training, consultation and even setting new fitness centers. He has held a lot of positions in the fitness industry’s biggest names such as Trainer at Sweat Club Mid Valley in 2001, National Sales Manager, Senior Club General Manager at Fitness First in 2001 – 2006, Sales Manager at California Fitness in 2007 and Sales Manager at Universal Fitness & Leisure Sdn. Bhd. in 2008 – 2011.
Currently he is the Director at Fitness Platform Sdn. Bhd. since 2011. He had numerous achievements throughout his career namely Top Club GM 2005 in Fitness First, Fitness First club that he managed was awarded Best Club in 2005, Nominated as Best Employee in Fitness First and Master Trainer Power Plate. He also enjoys working out and training his employees with the latest and current fitness trends.
