4 Hours Course
The Kettlebell Skills course course aims to coach and assist fitness instructors’ in performing and programming kettlebell movements into existing training programmes for clients wishing to build functional strength and improve athletic performance. On completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• Technical proficiency in performing the various core kettlebell lifts – kettlebell swing, snatch, clean and jerk
• Correctly and safely train and spot clients using these techniques
• Advise clients on technique progression and scaling of kettlebell movements based on the client’s current skill level
• Design and implement kettlebell based fitness programmes based on clients’ goals and current fitness levels
