Q: Words to describe fitness fx.

Dynamic n athletic, challenging, results based !!!

Q: Many say FX classes are high intensity. Can you modify your class to suit beginner exercisers or unfit participants ?

FX programs are meant to be challenging;  you’re not meant to be comfortable in class !

Having said that, FX programs utilizes pro-choreography –  meaning jnstructors have the flexibility to regress or progress the class to suit their participants.

FIT Malaysia is recommending that all FX classes be 38 minutes in length. So, whilst it is challenging, you only have to do it for around 38 minutes.  This includes the mobilization ( warm up ) and active recovery.

Q: How was your first experience of FX ?

Herny:  I felt like vomiting

Kim: Stood around a lot cos I found it too challenging for my fitness levels then. Also was not familiar with the peripheral heart action moves (moves that alternates working the upper body and lower body) .

Its just a matter of getting the body used to moving dynamically.

Any words for future FX instructors ?

If you are ready to teach a no nonsense, results based group class or even small group or personal training, FX is the program for you.

Fitness fx is license free, it means you can teach it anywhere. Herny uses the T3 (small group and personal training) component in her outdoor bootcamp. Pro choreography means you can constantly challenge your instructor skills.
