General Conditioning
General Conditioning (90 days)
This programme is suitable for new exercisers, individuals who have put off exercise for a while or people who thinks they are unfit. We will help you achieve an acceptable fitness level that you are capable of managing it independently or you may want to take on more challenging fitness goals after that. You will see improvement in your cardiovascular health, muscular strength/endurance, flexibility, enjoy muscle tone and drop in body fat levels.
Recommended 3 sessions per week for 12 weeks
