We had our very first Practical Programming for Personal Trainer Workshop to help our students kick start their career. Some of them just finished the ACE PT course, some passed their exam but still contemplating to start taking clients whereas some are already picking up clients.

Are you practicing as a Personal Trainer now?
Zawen: Yes! and the experience was exciting, I can’t stop searching for more fitness information.
Wilson: Nope. Do not really know how to start.
Jun Hong: Yes and it’s fun and I enjoy training people!
Yee Mei: Yes, good experience!
Ansgar: I still have my full time job. but i do train my mother and some gym buddies.
Omid: Yes, but I need more experience.
Philip: I’ll start after today!
Sue & Hajar: Nope, we’ve just completed the ACE course!

What is the most important thing that you’ve learn from the ACE PT course?
EVERYONE: The ACE IFT Model!

So how do you find today’s workshop?
Sue: Very helpful and get to use IFT model in different scenarios. Glad to get practical information from experienced trainer!
Hajar: YES! The workshop helped to put everything I learnt in the ACE PT course in a clear structured manner.
Ansgar: Learnt how to get started and should have more courses like this in the future.
Philip: Definitely helpful! Programming is something that requires lots of practice!
