We did something extraordinary for CSCS Class this time – we would like to measure what will be Simran’s lactate threshold…

Lactate threshold, commonly referred to as anaerobic threshold, is the exercise intensity or relative intensity at which blood lactate begins an abrupt increase above the baseline concentration. It usually begins at 50%-60% of Vo2max in untrained individuals and at 70% to 80% in trained athletes.

Here you go!

Tools used

Simran getting ready
Run run..lactate levels go up!
taking blood from Simran
So what’s Simran’s lactate threshold?
Hmm…

Why not..let’s ask him…or any guesses?
