One of the requirement to be a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is to know the movements in weight lifting. As part of the course, we had a 3 hour weight lifting technique drill. The instructor is non other than Jonathan Wong (CrossFIT Trainer, ACE Certified and someone who perform snatches for breakfast!). We have only 4 participants in the CSCS course and we welcome outsiders to attend (RM180 per class). Basically they learn few weight lifting moves like snatch, power clean, hang clean, push press and push press. These moves can help you and your client to be FITTER, FASTER and STRONGER. I would say more POWERFUL!!!  Check out the pictures!
