– Improve members’ overall well-being, enhance their fitness levels & improve their confidence
– Purpose and processes involved in client health screening and fitness testing
– Benefits and characteristics of health and skills related components of fitness
– ACSM programme guidelines for health and fitness maintenance and improvement
– Principles, techniques and guidelines related to cardiorespiratory, muscular strength and
endurance and “exibility training foundations upon which these are based
