Pre-Natal Training
The medical world has documented the importance of exercise and fitness level during pregnancy to ensure mother and baby health as well as safe, smooth delivery. Our personal trainers are capable of either designing a new programme to help you stay active and fit during pregnancy or modifying your current exercise programmes following guidelines from American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologist (ACOG) that is safe, effective and fun.
Recommended 2-3 sessions per week throughout pregnancy
Trainer level: Elite (Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist – AHFS)
Post-Partum Training
This programme helps new mothers to progressively get back into their pre-pregnancy fitness level or shape through safe, effective and fun workouts.
Recommended 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks
