RUN (60 days)
Our Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) will help you to design the latest safe, effective and time efficient endurance programme for your next run, be it your first 10k, 21k or 42k. Your programme will incorporate the latest sports nutrition strategies to help you fuel, refuel and recover from your training session or race. We strive to empower you to systematically be able to progress your training programme and regress should there be need.
Recommended 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks
Trainer level: Elite (CSCS)
