For those who may not be familiar, Parkour is a physical discipline of movement to overcome barriers. It has been around since 90’s and made famous with movies like Yamakasi, District 13 and hit Hollywood with the movie Casino Royale. Ever since then, many people from the public have got bitten with the Parkour bug. Even the US Marines have started to incorporate Parkour into their standard training program.
